R E G U L A T I O N

On foundation of a State Ensemble of folklore dances and songs

of the people’s Republic of Macedonia

Article 1

A State Ensemble has been founded covering folklore dances and songs of the Republic of Macedonia, the centre of which being Skopje.

The State Ensemble of folklore dances and songs is an institution of the Education Ministry and is under an immediate authorities, leadership and supervision of the Educational Minister.

Article 2

The State Ensemble of folklore dances and songs has got the duties as follows:

1. To keep it up to date, develop and raise the artistic value of the folklore dances;
2. To keep the folklore songs up to date, work them out and rework them, and
3.To build up a Programme with folklore dances and songs and present them to the public artistic manifestations.
