IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS FOR ACTIVE PARTICIPANTS OF THE CONGRESS
Opening Ceremony of the Congress, Cocktail
04.09.2013 (Wednesday), at 20.00 hours
Official languages of the Congress will be Macedonian and English.
The papers will be presented in two halls (Hall 1 - oral presentation, Hall 2 - poster presentation), according to the schedule indicated in the program.
Oral presentation - The time scheduled for paper presentation is 7 minutes and for introductory lectures / plenary lectures up to 20 minutes. The participants will have at their disposal equipment for power point presentation.
Poster presentation - The space for the poster presentation is within the limits of 90 x 100 cm. Posters are placed on the panels with the same number as the number of the poster (the ordinal number of the poster in the program is labeled closely to the title of the paper). The posters shall be put up according to the program on 05.09.2013 until 09:00 and shall be removed on 07.09.2013 before noon.
The registration and information desk
for the Congress participants shall be located in Hotel Metropol and shall be open throughout the Congress, starting from 04.09.2013 at 12:00 o`clock. The participants who have already paid their participation fees should mandatorily carry the payment order and give it at the registration desk when picking up the Congress materials.
