The project was designed and developed by the private enterprise "Vertikala - progressive ideas and technologies" from Skopje, within the Open competition fund, organized by EU Phare Cultural Development Program and the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Macedonia. Within the project, a field research was performed on the possibilities for cultural tourism in Macedonia, on the basis of the rich cultural heritage and the cultural life in 33 cities and regions in the Republic of Macedonia . Over 1000 photographs have been taken and over 600 pages of text were written (in the project proposal 400 photographs and 300 pages of text were planned). Also, a simple database on the cultural heritage in Macedonia was prepared.
