Tourism in Radovish is still developing. Tourist capacities are mainly in the hotel " Panorama" of the company " Hunap". Hospitality industry is better developed. There are three restaurants and a coffee bar that work in the complex of hotel "Panorama". In the city of Radovish and the surrounding villages there are several private hospitality facilities such as kiosks, cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, cake shops and others. A well-known specialty of Radovish is "somun" that is made of dough with pork meat, specially prepared lamb meat or eggs and cheese. There are several bakeries in Radovish where you can get it prepared in an authentic way i.e. baked on woods.

There are several tourist agencies that mainly organize shopping tours and summer holidays in Macedonia and the neighboring countries.

The capacities of the Hotel "Panorama", Sport Center and the mountain Plachkovica are a good starting point to development of weekend tourism, hiking, hunting and fishing.

The beautiful, still wild and untouched by the civilization, mountain Plachkovica is a favorite place for recreation of the people of Radovish. It is only a few minutes drive from Radovish; it is 1640 m high, rich with forests and bells with cold mountainous water. The people of Radovish say: "As much as it's hot in Radovish, it is always cold on Plachkovica and one should take a jumper if it goes there". Several capacities were built on the mountain: Children SummerHouse, Mountaineers House and a Forest House and are a good starting point for weekend tourism with hiking, hunting and fishing. The number of private weekend houses is rapidly growing. During summer brake, there are organized summer holidays in the Children SummerHouse for the kids from the primary schools. So far, the Mountaineers House is a capacity that is used in the most rational way. Members of the Mountaineers Society in Radovish take care of its maintenance and functioning. This capacity is opened to everyone and it costs 100 denars ($2) per night per person to sleep there.

So far, there is no organized camping with sanitary facilities on the mountain. However, wild camping is very popular during summer time. Many families from Radovish camp near The Forest House and The Mountaineers House. Plachkovica is very rich in wild strawberries and wild cranberries, so, many families use their summer vacation to pick them up and to make the most delicious jam that you will ever taste. Campers are usually hiking in the mountain and, we promise, that you will also taste some delicious dishes such as "jagne pod vrshnik", "gravche vo grne", "turli tava na ogan" and others. In the evening, campers usually like sitting around the fire. The people in Radovish like music very much so, this is often accompanied with singing and playing guitars. Some of the more assertive private companies organize temporary shops on the wild camping areas.
