Economy of Radovish runs through several industrial activities such as:

 

 

The industry in Radovish consists of several factories such as:I

Jakatabak - AD for purchasing and manufacturing of tobacco

Jaka 80 - AD for manufacturing of cosmetic, pharmaceutical and nutritional products

Dekorteks - AD for manufacturing of textile

Sik Plackovica - A company that produces cooked and uncooked beech materials and final products made of it

Lozarovinarstvo - DOO that produces alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages

Goldmak -AD that produces golden and silver jewelry

Kooperant - A company for purchasing and production of milk and milk products

There are several other small manufactures except these, mainly in the private sector such as: butcheries, meat manufacturing, production and packiging of soft drinks and juices.

Besides the mine Buchim, these capacities are the center of the industry in Radovish. The mine Buchim and the above mentioned factories employ the biggest number of people.

Building and Construction in Radovish is an important industrial activity.

Beton is the largest building company.

Besides Beton there are many private entrepreneurs in the building industry. Their activities are mainly focused toward the individual building of residental housing and building of small industrial objects as well as weekend houses.

Agriculture is the main supplementary industrial activity. Properties are fairly small and there is virtually no contemporary farming. The most common agricultural products are:

    Except for tobacco manufacturing there is no other manufacturing capacity for agricultural products in Radovish. Agricultural products are usually sold on the market or repurchased for different manufacturers by registered or unregisterd dealers. Manufacturing of agricultural products should be used as an important potential for the development of the economy in Radovish.

     

    Because of the chavoc and the undeveloped market and business relations between the producers and the manufacturers, making a living from agriculture is still uncertain. That's why small farmers produce several different cultures on, already small, land parcels. That increases the cost of the production and diminishes the competitiveness of Radovish's agricultural products. An important part of the agricultural production is used for home manufacturing such as production of pickles, jam, marmalade, ajvar (a lokal speciality), juices, home-made vines and brandy and other.

    Livestock farming in Radovish is not well developed and it consists mainly of cow and sheep farming as well as (very rarely) of poultry and pig farming. Further development of livestock farming, especially in the mountainous regions is an important potential for the municipality. It is also a significant comodity for further development of the milk industry, butcheries, meat manufacturing, leather industry and other.

    It can be freely said that livestock farming is concentrated in private hands. Except for the sheep farming and a small portion of cow farming and poultry, it is a hobby and a complimentary income-earning activity for many families.

    Mining is for many years the most important industrial activity in the municipality of Radovish. After the closing down of the ironwork in Skopje, the mine Damjan stopped working as well.

    Buchim is the only active mine in the municipality of Radovish and the only mine for copper and gold in Macedonia. Buchim employs about one thousand people. It is the most important industrial object in Radovish and a driving force of the Radovish's industry and economy. The mine (directly and indirectly) contributed significantly to the initiation of other industrial activities such as the building industry, business, hospitality industry, transport and others. Buchim is also the place where many professionals needed by the municipality of Radovish and by Macedonia gained their first experience.

    Other activities in the municipality of Radovish are banking, insurance, transportation, travel, taxi-services and hospitality industry.
