Law Faculty at the University Cyril and Methodius in Skopje. Passed the
Bar exam in 1997. Working on due diligence of companies, privatization
issues, shares and by-laws, banking, securities regulation, corporate law,
acquisitions and mergers, bankruptcy and investments.
