Pretprijatieto "Dekon" za proizvodstvo na te{ka konfekcija, egzistira u{te od 1948 godina i se vbrojuva me|u najstarite firmi vo op{tina Gostivar. Ovaa firma od svojot po~etok e naso~ena kon pro{iruvawe na svoeto proizvodstvo. Po~nuvaj}i so ra~na izrabotka na persiski kilimi, vo 1953 godina ve}e go pripojuva {iva~kiot salon, a vo 1973 godina se predstavuva kako pretprijatie za konfekcisko proizvodstvo. Od 1982 godina ova pretprijatie se etiketira kako pretprijatie za proizvodstvo na detska konfekcija. Po 1993 godina pretprijatieto go prestruktuira svoeto proizvodstvo kon izrabotka na te{ka, ma{ka i `enska konfekcija. Za ovoj proekt investirani se okolu eden milion i trista iljadi germanski marki samo vo osovremenuvawe na mehanizacijata za proizvodstvo. Spored toa vraboteni se 360 rabotnici, a se raboti spored lon-sistemotot na dorabotka. Dopolnitelna dejnost na ovoj proekt e trgovijata, koja se realizira vo dve prodavnici. Kako cel na ova pretprijatie e osvojuvaweto na Zapadnite pazari, zatoa se planira odredena suma na investicii da se vlo`at vo osovremenuvawe na ma{inite, pro{iruvawe na proizvodniot pogon za 1.200 m2 za podobruvawe na kvalitetot i produktivnosta. "Dekon"AD go dobi sertifikatot za kvalitet "ISO 9002" vo tekot na 1998 godina. "Dekon" AD e akcionersko dru{tvo, so 62% privaten kapital, kade {to vrabotenite se sostaven del na menaxerskiot tim. Generalen direktor na "Dekon" AD e G-|a Ruska Trpeska, diplomiran ekonomist, koja celo svoe rabotno iskustvo go gradela vo ovaa firma. Od 1992 godina, taa e na pozicijata generalen direktor i za svoja cel, go gleda povtornoto za`ivuvawe na noviot objekt. Taa isto taka svojata rabota ja naso~uva kon toa, ovaa firma da go zgolemi fizi~kiot obem na proizvodstvoto, da se raboti so poln kapacitet i so sopstveni materijali za da se obezbedi pogolem profit. | DEKON, an enterprise for production of winter ready-made clothes, has been operating since 1948 and is one of the oldest companies in the Gostivar area. Since its very beginning, the company has been oriented toward expansion of its production. It started with manufacturing handy-made Persian carpets, then in 1953 improved its sewing line and in 1973 presented itself as an enterprise for ready-made clothing. Since 1982 it has been labelled a producer of children's ready-made clothes. In 1993 the company changed its orientation and restructured itself into a company for production of winter men's and women's ready-to-wear clothes. Roughly DEM 1.3 million were invested for modernisation of the mechanisation alone. Total 360 people work in the company under the loan-system of finalisation. Trade is the additional activity to this project, and it is carried out in two stores. The company has developed plans for conquering new Western markets and therefore it intends to invest in modernisation of mechanisation and extension of the production plant by 1,200 square meters for improvement of the output. DEKON A.D. works in compliance with ISSO 9002. DEKON A.D. is a joint stock company where 62% of shares are private-owned and the employees participate in the managing team. General Manager is Mrs. Ruska Trpeska, a graduate economist, who has spent all her career and gained indispensable experience in this company. Having assumed the general manager post in 1992, she is planning to revive the new facility after a period of bankruptcy - to increase the physical production volume, which means full-capacity production with one's own raw material with ever higher proceeds always having in mind.
