                  Elegance, refinement and quality are the characteristics one can find in the products of Britex, a factory for production of fashionable ready-made wear in Stip. Its basic activity is manufacture of ladies' winter, and summer ready-to-wear lines with the assortment being intended for the domestic and foreign markets. Britex's beginnings date from 1992 when the company started operating with merely 20 or so employees and comparatively modest capital. Nevertheless, this fashion house pursued forward step by step only to experience a period of modernisation and expansion in 1997. Today Britex has its own business premises stretching over a 800 square meter area in the Railway Station Complex in Stip. Construction of other 300 square meters is under way. The production process is carried out by four production lines with new and modern mechanisation where about 150 employees make their living. Besides, Britex owns two stores in Stip and Skopje. The company exports 70 percent of its output to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Greece under the loan-system, while 30 percent are intended for the domestic market and outright export. The specifics in the way Britex is doing business are its high flexibility on the market and permanent following the world's fashion trends. Active participation in fashion fairs in respect to both selection of material and new lines greatly contributes to Britex's success. The company envisions its future development in steady moving forward in any respect, which implies better organization, better quality and certainly bigger success. Britex is owned by the Bra{narov family, and the Manager is Mrs. Biljana Saneva Brasnarova. A graduate economist, Bra{narova runs the company together with her brother Mr. Riste Brasnarov, while designing by herself the collections of her house. She does this with exceptional pleasure for fashion is her life determination and inspiration, as is the creation of happy and special woman clad in Britex's lines.
