MACEDONIAN CENTRE OF THE INTERNATIONAL THEATRE INSTITUTE

The Founding Assembly of the Macedonian Centre of ITI was held at the 17th MOT International Theatre Festival (1992)
in Youth Cultural Center - Skopje, Republic of Macedonia.

At the 25th ITI Congress (Munchen, 1993), the Macedonian Centre was recognised as a regular member of International Theatre Institute (ITI) UNESCO.

Our basic duty is to work on the linking of the Macedonian theatre with its wider world context and to provide for channels for come-back information.

The members of the Macedonian ITI are single persons of the Macedonian theatre as well as corporate members (theatres and associations).

The Macedonian ITI is financially supported by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Macedonia.
